Add features Chamfer to end edge products / parts.
Chamfer Click on the toolbar features.
Click Trimetric on the Standard Views toolbar for a better view of the model.
In PropertyManager, under Items To Chamfer, Chamfer set to 3.
Select the top bosses face rectangle.



















Chamfer created at the edge of sloping features selected, face, or edge.
To create a Chamfer:
Chamfer Click on the toolbar features, or click Insert, Features, Chamfer.
Under Chamfer Parameters:
Select the entities in the area edge and graphics for Faces or Vertex.
Select one of the following:
Angle distance
Distance distance
Vertex

    Making Holes Using the Hole Wizard

    The first step we should do in the Hole Making

    Click the Top (Standard Views toolbar.)
























    Click on the Sketch toolbar Centerline




























    Click Hole Wizard on the Features toolbar.


     
















    In PropertyManager, on the Types tab, under Hole 
    Type, select:
    Countersink for hole type.
    Metrics on the Standard Ansi.
    Flat Head Screw - B18.6.7M ANSI in Type.
    select the M4 in size.
    Select Head Clearance.
    Head Set Clearance to 1.



























     


     
    elect the Positions tab. on the menu next to the hole type in PropertyManager
    Click Smart Dimension (Dimensions / Relations toolbar)
     
























    Select the position of the center of the hole you want to create.
    Click OK

    Step by step make solidwork 3D for Beginners

    We'll start making this 3D with more detail and complete again with the start of creating a new part.
    Click the New button on the Standard toolbar.








    New SolidWorks Document dialog box will appear.















    Click Part.
    Click OK
